Women make up approximately 17% of the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction industry. Studies show that diversity, including gender diversity, in the workplace fosters more creative thinking and can ultimately lead to increased profitability.

Idaho Women in Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (IWAEC) is a non-profit organization created in the spring of 2016 by women in the architecture, engineering, and construction industry. Our mission is to support professional development and leadership growth, connect young professionals with role models and mentors, and celebrate the success and accomplishments of women within architecture, engineering, and construction. IWAEC invites you to support increased diversity in the architecture, engineering, and construction industries through sponsorship. Sponsors are invited to share their expertise, to participate in the conversation of an evolving workplace, and act as mentors to the next generation.

Sponsors enjoy the benefits of marketing opportunities in monthly newsletters, increased visibility via the IWAEC website, involvement in quarterly events and building tours, and membership dues for an individual at their company.
