Idaho Women in Architecture Engineering and Construction is a non-profit organization created 2016.

Our mission is to support professional development and leadership growth for women in AEC, connect professionals with role models and mentors, and celebrate the success & accomplishments of women in the industry. As the AEC community evolves, our goal is to promote increased diversity and ability by connecting our members with other professionals at all stages of their careers.
